The initial project of the woven Series Timothy John was launched in November 2010; an experiment focused on hand-weaving and the winding techniques. The Deviant clock, part of the collection, was presented at the exhibition at the end of Black On Black 2011. Inspired by the overall reaction, the Woven Series collection is born.

The collection consists of five works in limited edition: the vessel Traditionalist, the Optimist and Pessimist suspension, the table and the clock Exibizionist Deviant. Each piece pays homage to a traditional form with a focus on scale, the material and the technique of weaving.

There is an obvious element of contradiction in the combination of a biological tissue with elements shiny, but despite this conflict the simplicity of the shape is maintained.

"Our approach is totally experimental, personal and with little conscious thought of the design trends worldwide. Throughout the creative process, often not aware of what we are experiencing. Influenced by sentiment and vivid imaginations, the work developed in the study 'just happens'. A hands-on exploration of a material or process of interest within our environments and results in limitations fascinating objects that evoke emotions and wonder. "
