The project is the result of research that began with a trip to Asia and the study of Japanese prints at the end IXX century. representing the local fashion just before the Western contamination.
Thus was born the love for this romantic and iconic object in that dream world is adaptability and luck and the desire to turn it into something that goes beyond the carpet and toward an open window on a mysterious world and colorful.
IKE It has as dominant colors of blue and red carp pond. And 'the curiosity of exploration, excitement entomologist, the beauty of the movement.
KOI It is a carpet of colored rice paper in which they swim in training a handful of red carp sleepy and a bit 'lazy.
This is how the first objects in the path of collaboration between the creative duo Vito Nesta and Ludek Lancellotti for brand Nesta & Ludek.
