And of Hornung & Jacobi Architecture this wonderful project called "Villa F". Located on the island of Rhodes in Greece, this modern single family residence manages to blend perfectly with the surrounding nature.
The main entrance is the only object that interrupts the stone wall that runs along the road, from here you enter an underground garage that ends in a spiral staircase at the opposite end. the first level places the user at the center of the convergence of light, space, and views. the general shape consists of a folded and faceted rectangular prism, raised from the ground and frames the horizon of the sea.
The raised external support surface hosts a swimming pool and a large covered space, under the bedroom above. The living and dining room are next to the swimming pool. the project also includes a guest house that has been incorporated into the landscape as a separate structure from the main house, positioned to have a certain level of privacy for each part but maintain a sense of unity.
