Monday 23 March at 18.30 pm at Caffè Illy in Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan (Porta Nuova - M2 and M5 Garibaldi Station), the new area created by the technocreatives of the third millennium, the most innovative area of the city, surrounded by glass skyscrapers, vertical gardens and a renewed pulsing energy, an encounter - clash between two visions that are born in the megalopolises of the third millennium, seen on the one hand as piles of human bodies and objects, on the other as metropolitan places where you can live better and longer, will take place.

The event, organized by the “Samaré Cultural Project” in collaboration with “Expopportunity” and “Adv. Communication Strategies ”, will see the participation of Guido Oldani and Giacomo Biraghi, moderated by Luisa Cozzi.

Oldani is one of the most recognizable international poetic voices, the poet of “Il cielo di Lardo”, Gruppo Ugo Mursia Editore, as well as Director of the “Argani” series of Mursia Editore and Creator of Terminal Realism. This theory, which emerged in the third millennium, arises as a consequence of the fact that the population of the world has mostly moved to metropolises (housing pandemics); thus an anthropological mutation takes place which revolutionizes the modality of perception.

Biraghi, international expert in urban strategies and one of the top 10 specialists in the world of Smart Cities, is also co-founder of "Secolo Urbano", Coordinator of the Expo 2015, Digital and Media PR Thematic Tables of Expo 2015 SpA Specialist in strategic management of complex territorial projects, in Italy and abroad, oversees initiatives for public administrations and local service companies (Government Plan of the Territory of Milan, City profile of Buenos Aires).

In the meeting Guido Oldani, inventor of Terminal Realism in which human bodies and objects are increasingly piling up to form these shapeless masses, will deal with housing pandemics; on the other hand there are the Smart Cities which seem to be in clear contradiction with Oldani's poetic vision, but which in reality, in their way of expressing themselves and spreading themselves, increasingly identify the solution to the metropolitan problem. Giacomo Biraghi, on the other hand, will help to clarify, with a series of examples of his direct experience, on the new way of a Smart Citylife, possible right inside megalopolises, which could be increasingly on a human scale. The meeting will be enriched by the interventions of Graziano Milia, Marina Bignotti, Luca Pellegrini and many others.

The next events planned in 2015 for review comparisons are "Digital Analog Hybrid" and "The Logic of the water."
